If Delivery Doesn’t Go as Planned

We allow for multiple attempts before returning the package to us. Here’s how the process works if the delivery is not successful: 

  • One initial delivery attempt followed by two more tries 
     
  • After the third attempt, the package returns to our facility 
     
  • We can re-dispatch it on request; additional charges may be applicable 
     
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address 
     
  • An accurate, complete shipping address helps us avoid complications 
     
  • Let us know in advance if you're unable to receive the parcel 
     
  • We're here to step in before any issue escalates - your time matters to us 

Transit Troubles and Resolution 

Despite our care in packaging, external transit conditions may cause occasional damage or misplacement. If your parcel arrives in poor condition, notify us within 48 hours with images of the damage. 
Our team will assess and resolve the issue - whether it means replacing the item or issuing a refund, based on availability. 
For lost shipments, we work directly with the courier to investigate and close the matter quickly.
